L-R Colin West, Brian Cunningham, Peter Forsyth and Kenneth West

SEAWAY NET COMPANY was formed originally in 1977 by Kenneth West and his brother William West.

Not being able to further develop the original premises at Bankhead, the search began to find somewhere more suitable. The former railway station at Macduff was purchased allowing the company to expand and develop into the force that it is today.

The wealth of knowledge and experience gained over these years has been fundamental in the development of what is now the SEAWAY GROUP. This continues today with Seaway being run by brothers Kenneth and Colin West who are both successful fishermen in their own right.

On our Website you will find an informative overview of our many products and services which include net manufacturing and rigging, ships chandlers and the complete fitting out and repair of new and used fibreglass boats. We can also cater for all your transport needs throughout the UK and Ireland.

In addition, the marine section contains pictures and information on our large stock of new and used boats of every kind for both recreation and work.

Seaway prides itself on being both approachable and willing to discuss their customers needs to ensure that the end product is to their complete satisfaction.
